Urushiyama Sovy Deep Frying Pan 28cm for Gas Stove

This 28 cm (11 in) stir-fry pan from Urushiyama's Souvie series is made for gas stovetops only and is built for everyday stir-frying. The thick aluminum base is designed to spread heat evenly for consistent cooking.

The interior is finished with a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup stays simple. The pan can be used with metal spatulas and works well for cooking with less oil.

At 49.4 x 29 x 13.4 cm (19.4 x 11.4 x 5.3 in) and 790 g (27.9 oz), this lightweight pan is easy to handle. It is made in Japan.
