Urushiyama Sovi Deep Frying Pan for Gas Stoves 26cm

This 26 cm (10.2 in) stir-fry pan from Urushiyama's Souvie series is made for gas stovetops only and is built for everyday stir-frying. The thick aluminum base is designed to spread heat evenly for consistent cooking.

The interior is finished with a PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, so food releases easily and cleanup stays simple. The pan can be used with metal spatulas and works well for cooking with less oil.

At 47.8 x 27 x 11.1 cm (18.8 x 10.6 x 4.4 in) and 770 g (27.2 oz), this lightweight pan is easy to handle. It is made in Japan.
