Urushiyama Trois IH Deep Pot 22cm TRW-22W

This Urushiyama Trois series deep pot (model TRW-22W) has a full three-layer body of stainless steel and aluminum alloy that is pressed extremely thin, making it surprisingly lightweight while still conducting heat evenly. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops.

The interior has a ceramic coating that resists sticking and scratching and holds up well to heat, making everyday cooking and cleanup easier. The pot measures about 35.9 x 23.4 x 17.4 cm (14.1 x 9.2 x 6.9 in), with an interior depth of about 125 mm (4.9 in) and a body height of about 127 mm (5 in), and holds up to 4.7 liters (5 qt) when filled to the brim.
