Urushiyama Trois IH Casserole 24cm TRW-24C

This Urushiyama Trois series casserole (model TRW-24C) has a full three-layer body of stainless steel and aluminum alloy that is pressed extremely thin, making it surprisingly lightweight while still conducting heat evenly. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops.

The interior has a ceramic coating that resists sticking and scratching and holds up well to heat, making everyday cooking and cleanup easier. The pot measures about 38.2 x 25.5 x 12.9 cm (15 x 10 x 5.1 in), with an interior depth of about 76 mm (3 in) and a body height of about 78 mm (3.1 in), and holds up to 3.6 liters (3.8 qt) when filled to the brim.
