Urushiyama Trois IH Sauce Pan 18cm TRW-18S

This Urushiyama Trois series saucepan (model TRW-18S) has a full three-layer body of stainless steel and aluminum alloy that is pressed extremely thin, making it surprisingly lightweight while still conducting heat evenly. It is designed for induction (IH) cooktops.

The interior has a ceramic coating that resists sticking and scratching and holds up well to heat, making everyday cooking and cleanup easier. The pot measures about 36.2 x 19.4 x 13.5 cm (14.3 x 7.6 x 5.3 in), with an interior depth of about 88 mm (3.5 in) and a body height of about 90 mm (3.5 in), and holds up to 2.3 liters (2.4 qt) when filled to the brim.
