This set pairs a 24 cm (9.4 in) tiered deep-fryer pot with a built-in frying rack and a 22 cm (8.7 in) deep two-handled pot, both made of iron with a silicone resin coating. Iron cookware improves with use as it takes on seasoning from oil, becoming more resistant to sticking over time. The fryer pot's iron body conducts and holds heat well, so oil that cools when food is added returns to temperature quickly, helping food fry evenly.

The fryer pot holds up to 3.4 liters (3.6 qt) of oil.
