Wahei Freiz Chitose Iron Tamagoyaki Pan 14x18cm & Tempura Pot 24cm CS-041

This set from Chitose includes an iron tamagoyaki pan (14 x 18 cm, 5.5 x 7.1 in) and an iron deep fry pot with a matching handle (24 cm, 9.4 in, about 3.4 liters / 3.6 qt), one of each.

Iron cookware develops better oil seasoning the more it is used, gradually becoming less prone to sticking with proper care. With regular maintenance it can last for many years and become a favorite in the kitchen. The surface takes to oil well and resists sticking, which suits sauteing and pan-frying.

The fry pot is designed with slightly deeper sides than a standard pan, which helps keep ingredients from spilling out while cooking. Made in Japan.
