Wahei Freiz Diamaze IH Deep Frying Pan 26cm RB-3685

This Diamaze semi-deep frying pan from Wahei Freiz is a lightweight aluminum pan made for everyday cooking on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops. Its slightly deeper shape helps keep ingredients from spilling out and lets you cook a bit more food than a standard frying pan.

Its rolled-rim shape also makes the pan stronger than a rimless design and helps keep liquid from dripping when you pour or plate food. The interior has a diamond-coated fluororesin surface that resists sticking and holds up well to wear, and the coating contains no PFOA or PFOS. The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable, secure grip.

This 26 cm (10.2 in) pan measures 45 x 27.5 x 9.4 cm (17.7 x 10.8 x 3.7 in) and weighs 660 g (23.3 oz / 1.46 lb).
