Wahei Freiz Diamaze IH Diamond-Coated Frying Pan 20cm RB-3676

The Diamaze frying pan is a lightweight aluminum pan with a raised-edge rim, which adds strength compared to a rimless pan while also helping to keep food and liquid from dripping over the side, making plating easier.

The interior has a diamond-reinforced fluororesin coating that resists sticking and wear, and the fluororesin itself contains no PFOA or PFOS, so it suits everyday cooking. The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable, secure grip.

This 20 cm (7.9 in) frying pan measures 27 x 21.5 x 6.4 cm (10.6 x 8.5 x 2.5 in) and weighs 420 g (14.8 oz / 0.93 lb). It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
