This Diamaze frying pan from Wahei Freiz is a lightweight aluminum pan made for everyday cooking on both gas and induction (IH) cooktops. It belongs to a lineup of frying pans, a deep pan, and stir-fry pans sized to cover everything from a solo meal to a family-size dish.

Its rolled-rim shape makes the pan stronger than a rimless design and helps keep liquid from dripping when you pour or plate food. The interior has a diamond-coated fluororesin surface that resists sticking and holds up well to wear, and the coating contains no PFOA or PFOS. The handle has a silicone coating for a comfortable, secure grip.
