Wahei Freiz Enzo Anti-Boilover 2-Tier Steamer Pot 23cm Induction EM-010

This two-tier steamer pot is made of stainless steel in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, as part of the Tsubamesan series that continues the craft heritage of Tsubame's blacksmiths. The steamer tier is 18-8 stainless steel.

The deep rim design reduces the risk of boilover during steaming, simmering, or boiling. The upper tier can be removed so the lower pot can be used on its own as a two-handle pot, making it convenient for everyday simmered and boiled dishes as well as steamed ones.

It measures 39.5 x 25.5 x 23.5 cm (15.6 x 10 x 9.3 in), weighs 1 kg (2.2 lb), and holds 5.2 liters (5.5 qt). It works on gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops, and is made in Japan.
