Wahei Freiz Tsubamesanjo Boil-Over Resistant Saucepan 18cm Induction EM-007

This Tsubamesan saucepan is designed with a deeper rim than usual, which lowers the risk of the pot boiling over while simmering or boiling food.

Because there is less need to add extra water partway through cooking, ingredients heat through faster, so dishes can be finished well in less time.

The saucepan is stainless steel and can be used on gas stovetops as well as induction (IH) cooktops. It is part of the Tsubamesan series, made in Tsubame, Niigata, a region with a long tradition of metalworking that grew into Japan's leading housewares production area.
