Wahei Freiz Induction Yukihira Saucepan 18cm with Wooden Handle Strainer SM-9549

This Saishokuan yukihira saucepan and wooden-handle strainer set is sized for everyday use. The saucepan holds enough for soup or simmered dishes for three to four people, for boiling vegetables, or for cooking two servings of ramen at once, a size that is neither too small nor too large.

It has a spout on each side, so you can pour from whichever side is convenient, and a hammered finish along the sides that adds strength and improves heat efficiency. The wooden-handle strainer is sized to fit the saucepan closely, making it handy for straining dashi stock or draining boiled vegetables.

The saucepan is stainless steel, the strainer body is 18-8 stainless steel, and the handle is natural wood. This set is induction (IH) compatible.
