This silicone mini ladle is part of Wahei Freiz's Kitchen Assist kitchen tool line, designed to be gentle on the nonstick coating inside frying pans and other cookware. The soft silicone has a UV treatment so it resists picking up dust, and the tool is shaped so the tip does not touch the counter when set down, keeping it more hygienic between uses. It is dishwasher safe.
The bowl of this ladle is clam shaped for pouring without spilling, and its compact size makes it easy to maneuver in small pots, scooping all the way to the edges.
