This silicone spatula spoon is part of Wahei Freiz's Kitchen Assist kitchen tool line, designed to be gentle on the nonstick coating inside frying pans and other cookware. The soft silicone has a UV treatment so it resists picking up dust, and the tool is shaped so the tip does not touch the counter when set down, keeping it more hygienic between uses. It is dishwasher safe.
The flat face works like a spatula for breaking up food as it cooks, and the spoon shape makes it useful for serving and plating, scooping food up to the very last bit.
