This 18 cm (7.1 in) frying pan from Wahei Freiz's Midies series is sized for cooking for one or two people, big enough to hold a frozen side dish straight from the freezer but still compact for small portions. The aluminum alloy body has a bonded stainless steel bottom and works on both gas ranges and induction (IH) cooktops.
The nonstick fluororesin interior coating resists sticking and is safe to use with metal spatulas, so you can cook and serve straight from the pan to the table. The surface wipes clean easily for simple cleanup.
