This tamagoyaki pan from Wahei Freiz's Midies series is a rectangular pan for making Japanese rolled omelette, measuring about 33 x 14.5 x 6.2 cm (13 x 5.7 x 2.4 in) and sized for cooking for one or two people. The aluminum alloy body has a bonded stainless steel bottom and works on both gas ranges and induction (IH) cooktops.
The nonstick fluororesin interior coating resists sticking and is safe to use with metal spatulas, so you can cook and serve straight from the pan to the table. The surface wipes clean easily for simple cleanup.
