This 21 cm (8.3 in) stir-fry pan from Wahei Freiz's Midies series is sized for cooking for one or two people, with taller sides than the frying pans in the line for tossing and stirring food. The aluminum alloy body has a bonded stainless steel bottom and works on both gas ranges and induction (IH) cooktops.
The nonstick fluororesin interior coating resists sticking and is safe to use with metal spatulas, so you can cook and serve straight from the pan to the table. The surface wipes clean easily for simple cleanup.
