The Picotto 2 mini egg pan is a small oval pan with a non-stick interior, sized for cooking a single egg or another small portion. It is handy for quick breakfast prep or for making a side dish to fit in a bento box, with less to wash up afterward.
Its double-layer construction pairs heat-conductive aluminum alloy (16% chromium) with heat-retaining stainless steel, and despite its compact size it can be used on an induction (IH) cooktop.
The interior fluororesin coating resists sticking and is safe to use with metal spatulas, so food releases easily and cleanup is quick.
