The Picotto 2 mini frying pan is a compact 14 cm (5.5 in) pan sized for small portions, making it convenient for breakfast prep or a bento box side dish, with less to wash up afterward.
Its double-layer construction pairs heat-conductive aluminum alloy (16% chromium) with heat-retaining stainless steel, and despite its small size it can be used on an induction (IH) cooktop.
The interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating that resists sticking and is safe to use with metal spatulas, so cleanup after cooking is quick.
A matching 14 cm (5.5 in) tempered glass lid is available separately and fits this frying pan as well as the Picotto 2 mini milk pan, so you can watch your food cook without lifting the lid.
