The Picotto 2 mini milk pan is a compact 14 cm (5.5 in) pot sized for small portions, convenient for breakfast prep or a bento box side dish, with less to wash up afterward. It holds about 1.1 liters (1.2 qt) when filled to the brim.
Its double-layer construction pairs heat-conductive aluminum alloy (16% chromium) with heat-retaining stainless steel, and the interior has a fluororesin non-stick coating that is safe to use with metal spatulas. Despite its small size, it can be used on an induction (IH) cooktop.
A matching 14 cm (5.5 in) tempered glass lid is available separately and fits both this milk pan and the Picotto 2 mini frying pan, so you can watch your food cook without lifting the lid.
