Wahei Freiz Poco Frit Induction Square Deep Fryer Set RB-2928

This two-piece frying set from the Poco Frit series is built around a compact square deep fryer pot that holds 1.9 liters (2 quarts), letting you fry with less oil. Its square shape stands upright in storage without crowding other pans on the stovetop, and a corner on the rim makes it easy to pour oil out into a storage pot. The pot's lid doubles as a wire rack tray for draining fried food, with an asymmetric handle shaped to be easy to remove as a lid and easy to hold as a tray; the wire rack stores inside the lid when not in use.

The set also includes an oil splatter screen that shields the stovetop area from splashing oil while you fry. Its mesh is black, which makes it easier to see your food through the screen as it cooks, and its fluororesin coating makes the screen simple to clean afterward. The screen stands about 5.1 cm (2 in) tall and weighs about 120 g (4.2 oz).
