Wahei Freiz Poco Frit Induction Square Oil Drainer RB-3712

This compact frying set from the Poco Frit series is built for small batches of fried food, so you can fry a single serving without heating a large pot of oil. The deep pot holds 1.4 liters (1.5 quarts), with a recommended oil amount of about 560 grams (19.8 oz / 1.23 lb), which is enough for cooking just what you need.

Once you are done frying, the second pot included in the set lets you transfer and store the used oil, and the pots stack together for compact storage. The square shape also makes the set easy to fit into tight spaces, such as under a sink, without wasting room. The frame and strainer mesh both have a fluororesin coating that helps oily residue wash off easily.
