Wahei Freiz Pokofritto Stainless Steel Spider Strainer Skimmer RE-7511

This stainless steel skimmer is designed to reach into the corners of square deep-fryers, something a round skimmer cannot do. Its mesh has a flat bottom, so it scoops food and frying debris cleanly and holds it steady instead of letting it slide off.

Besides lifting out fried scraps, it can also be used as a frying mesh insert for draining oil from finished food. At 20 x 8.4 x 6.4 cm (7.9 x 3.3 x 2.5 in) and only 36 g (1.3 oz), it is light and easy to store alongside your other kitchen tools, and its stainless steel construction stands up to daily use near hot oil.
