This grill pan is sized to fit inside a fish grill (broiler) drawer, turning it into another cooking surface instead of leaving it idle, and it also works directly on a gas burner or an induction (IH) cooktop.
The silicone resin coated surface resists sticking and wipes clean easily, and the pan's shape helps steam food so it cooks up moist on the inside. It is also handy for reheating fried foods. The lid can be flipped over and used as a serving plate at the table.
It measures about 28 x 18 x 4 cm (11 x 7.1 x 1.6 in) and weighs about 920 g (32.5 oz).
