This 18 cm (7.1 in) saucepan from the Rozer series combines the rust resistance and heat retention of stainless steel with the fast, even heat conduction of aluminum. The bottom has a three-layer construction, with an aluminum alloy core sandwiched between stainless steel layers, giving the pan a sturdy, stable base for cooking and reducing uneven hot spots.
The lid has a glass window, so you can check on your food as it cooks without lifting the lid and letting heat escape. It works on both gas stoves and induction (IH) cooktops, and holds 2.3 liters (2.4 qt), enough for larger batches of soup or sauce.
