Wahei Freiz Rozer Induction Stock Pot 20cm RB-2316

This two-handled stock pot from Wahei Freiz's Rozer series combines the heat retention and rust resistance of stainless steel with the fast, even heat conduction of aluminum. The bottom is a three-layer construction with an aluminum alloy core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, giving the pot a sturdy, stable base and helping food cook evenly with less hot-spotting.

The lid has a tempered glass window, so you can check on your cooking without lifting it and letting heat escape. This 20 cm (7.9 in) pot holds about 3.5 liters (3.7 qt) and works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops.
