This stainless steel two-handle pot is part of the Tsubamesan series, made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, a region with a metalworking history going back to the Muromachi period and known today as Japan's leading houseware production area.

The pot has a wall thickness that is neither too thick nor too thin, for even heat while cooking, and a rounded bottom shape that helps food simmer gently. The resin handles stay cool to the touch while you hold them.
