Yoshikawa Bento Fryer 16cm SJ-3163

This small deep fryer is sized for frying just one or two servings, such as for a bento box lunch, so you do not need to heat a large amount of oil.

The set includes a draining strainer, so you can lift the fried food straight out of the oil and let it drain in one motion. The pot also has a spout, which makes it easy to pour used oil back out, and the pieces stack together for compact storage.

Made in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, Japan, the fryer measures 28 x 15 x 11 cm (11 x 5.9 x 4.3 in), holds 1.3 L (1.4 qt) of oil, and weighs 585 g (20.6 oz). The included strainer measures about 16 x 26.4 x 11.2 cm (6.3 x 10.4 x 4.4 in).
