Benkei Stainless Steel Flat Bottom Noodle Strainer Small HF-60

Benkei is a line of kitchen tools made by Honma Fuyuji Kogyo, a metal housewares manufacturer in the Tsubame area of Niigata, Japan that builds commercial grade tools meant to be used for years.

This flat bottom noodle strainer is an all purpose colander for boiling noodles or other food in a pot and draining it when done. A hook built into the rim lets it hang on the edge of the pot between uses. The mesh is an 11 mesh weave in 18-8 stainless steel.

It measures about 27 x 18.5 x 4 cm (10.6 x 7.3 x 1.6 in) and weighs about 270 g (9.5 oz).
