Odajima PTFE Select Oil Pot with Strainer 1.2L

This oil pot lets you strain used frying oil through a fine mesh that catches even small bits of tempura batter and other frying debris. The fluororesin, PTFE-type coating on the body, lid, and tray resists stains and wipes clean easily.

The strainer screen is stainless steel, and the handle and knob are phenolic resin. With a capacity of 1.2 liters (40.6 fl oz), the pot measures 19 x 16 x 14 cm (7.5 x 6.3 x 5.5 in) and weighs 410 g (14.5 oz). It is made in Japan by Odajima.
