Pearl Metal Hot Grill Sensor-Safe Folding Fish Roaster Gas Stove Only HB-6038

This fish roaster from Pearl Metal is designed for easy, no-fuss grilling over a gas burner. It uses two crimped nets that close together around the fish, so even small pieces of food stay in place during cooking. The net has a fluororesin-containing silicone resin coating that helps food release easily for simple cleanup, and the roaster is shaped to avoid soiling the sensor area of the stove.

It measures approximately 34.5 x 23.5 x 2 cm (13.6 x 9.3 x 0.8 in) and is for use on a gas stove only; do not use it with any other heat source. On gas stoves with a Si sensor, use a high-temperature cooking setting, such as a high-temp mode, broil, or high-temp stir-fry function. Without one of these settings, the burner may run at a lower flame and shut off partway through cooking.
