Pearl Metal Hot Grill IH-Compatible Crimp Fish Roaster HB-6039

This fish roaster from Pearl Metal folds flat for compact storage when not in use. The crimped grilling net has a fluororesin-containing silicone resin coating that helps food release easily for simple cleanup, and its tight pattern keeps small pieces of food from falling through. The net is also shaped to avoid soiling the sensor area of the stove.

This roaster is for use on a gas stove or an IH cooking heater, excluding tabletop IH units; do not use it with any other heat source. On gas stoves with a Si sensor, use a high-temperature cooking setting, such as a high-temp mode, broil, or high-temp stir-fry function, since without one of these the burner may run at a lower flame and shut off partway through cooking. When using this roaster on an IH cooking heater, do not place an anti-fouling sheet underneath it.
