This is a clear teapot from SALUS with a polyester mesh infuser, offered in a larger size, made of heat-resistant polyester resin with a polypropylene lid. Although it has the clear, glass-like look of a glass teapot, it is made from a material that resists breaking, making it suitable for everyday tea time.

The simple, uncluttered design fits naturally into both Japanese and Western style kitchens and dining spaces, and it works well for black tea, green tea, herbal tea and other loose leaf teas, for everyday use or for serving guests.
