Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Julienne Peeler ATP-722

This peeler is used like a regular peeler but produces evenly sized fine julienne strips instead of peels. Each tooth of the comb blade is individually sharpened for a sharp cut.

The cut width is about 1.5 mm (0.1 in), giving clean, squared edges that work well for daikon radish and carrot tsuma-style garnish or julienne salads.

The handle is shaped for a comfortable grip. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
