Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Titanium Peeler ATP-736

Part of the Ajiwai Shokubo series of kitchen tools, this peeler is designed for people who enjoy cooking, with details thought through for everyday prep, cooking, and cleanup.

The blade is made of titanium alloy, which is light and durable while holding its sharpness over time. Titanium does not transfer a metallic smell to food and resists rust, so the peeler is easy to keep clean.

It also has a built in attachment for removing the eyes and sprouts from potatoes. It measures about 13.5 x 8 x 2 cm (5.3 x 3.1 x 0.8 in) and weighs about 30 g (1.1 oz). Made in Japan.
