Shimomura Nabetomo Double-Sided Daikon Grater NBT-603

This daikon grater is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Nabetomo series, a line of tools designed to make cooking hot pot at home easier and more enjoyable.

A sharp tooth pattern grates firmly and evenly. The resin grating surface has no metallic smell, so it does not affect the flavor of the food. The tray has a built-in divider, so tilting it is enough to drain off excess water.

It is made in Japan.
