Shimomura Nabetomo Tabletop Skimmer with Wooden Handle NBT-203

We offer the Shimomura Nabetomo tabletop skimmer, model NBT-203, from the Nabetomo series of tools for making Japanese hot pot at home easier and more enjoyable.

The compact bowl is about 8 cm (3.1 in) in diameter, and its fine mesh removes scum and foam from simmering broth. The natural wood handle feels soft in the hand and does not get hot during cooking.
