Shimomura Nabetomo Stainless Steel Grater with Container NBT-607

This grater is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Nabetomo series, a line of tools designed to make cooking hot pot at home easier and more enjoyable.

It is suited to grating daikon radish, carrot, and mountain yam into a smooth puree. The stainless steel grating surface resists rust and is durable and hygienic. A container is built in to catch the gratings, so there is no need for a separate bowl, and a drainage spout lets you pour off any extra liquid easily.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
