Shimomura Nabetomo Slotted Ladle with Wooden Handle NBT-202

This slotted ladle is part of the Nabetomo series of tools designed to make home hot pot cooking easier and more enjoyable. The ladle head is about 6.2 cm (2.4 in) wide, so it is handy for scooping up just the solid ingredients, such as hot pot ingredients or boiled vegetables, without the broth.

The handle is made of natural wood with a gentle feel in the hand, and it does not get hot during cooking, so it can be held safely.

The ladle's metal part is stainless steel and the handle is natural wood. It measures about 24.5 x 6 x 5 cm (9.6 x 2.4 x 2 in) and weighs about 35 g (1.2 oz / 0.08 lb). It is made in Japan by Shimomura Kogyo.
