Shimomura Nabetomo Tabletop Ladle with Wooden Handle NBT-201

This tabletop ladle is part of the Nabetomo series from Shimomura Kogyo, a line of tools designed to make Japanese hot pot meals at home easier and more enjoyable.

The ladle bowl is about 6.2 cm (2.4 in) wide, small enough to maneuver easily when serving hot pot portions or plating simmered dishes.

The wooden handle is gentle to the touch and does not get hot while cooking, so it is comfortable to hold. The ladle weighs about 35 g (1.2 oz). Made in Japan.
