Tiger Crown 18-8 Stainless Steel Heart Cake Ring Mold Deep 18cm 1643

This heart-shaped cake ring mold, called a cercle, is just an open frame with no bottom, which makes it versatile and durable enough to use for years.

Use it to cut a heart shape out of sponge cake baked flat on a sheet pan, or to hold a thin baked tart or sponge layer at the bottom while a Bavarian cream or mousse sets on top and chills firm.
