Tiger Crown Stainless Steel Cake Ring Mold Heart Deep 120mm 1645

This heart-shaped, deep cercle ring mold from Tiger Crown is a bottomless frame rather than a complete pan. It can be used to cut a heart shape out of sponge cake baked flat on a sheet pan, or to line the bottom with a thin layer of tart or sponge cake before chilling bavarois or mousse inside until set.

Because the mold has no bottom, it works best with fillings that will not leak out while chilling. It is made of 18-8 stainless steel, which resists rust and is easy to handle and clean.

The ring measures about 12 x 11.6 x 5 cm (4.7 x 4.6 x 2 in) and holds about 485 ml (16.4 fl oz), with a weight of about 130 g (4.6 oz / 0.29 lb).
