Tiger Crown Heart Cake Ring Mold Deep 210mm 1642

This Tiger Crown cake ring is a heart-shaped cercle, a frame without a bottom, made for versatile use and built to last. The 18-8 stainless steel ring measures about 22 x 20.1 x 5 cm (8.7 x 7.9 x 2 in) and weighs 250 g (8.8 oz).

It can be used to cut a square sponge cake baked on a sheet pan into a heart shape, or to line the bottom with a thin tart or sponge layer before chilling bavarois or mousse inside until set.
