Tiger Crown Heart Cake Ring Shallow 12cm Stainless Steel 1239

This heart-shaped cake ring from Tiger Crown is a cercle, a bottomless ring mold made of 18-8 stainless steel that resists rust and is easy to care for.

Use it to cut a heart shape out of a sponge cake baked flat on a sheet pan, or to line the bottom with a thin tart or sponge base and set a Bavarian cream or mousse inside to chill until firm. Because the ring has no bottom, the filling should be one that will not run out.

The ring measures about 120 x 116 x 30 mm (4.7 x 4.6 x 1.2 in), weighs about 80 g (2.8 oz), and holds about 260 ml (8.8 fl oz). It is made in Japan.
