Tiger Crown Albrid Brioche Mold Medium 8cm Nonstick Aluminum 5177

This Albrid brioche mold is made of aluminum, which conducts heat well, coated twice with fluororesin for easy release and easy cleanup. To use, place dough in the mold and press the edge with your finger to cleanly cut it off.

Each mold measures about 8 x 8 x 3.1 cm (3.1 x 3.1 x 1.2 in), weighs 14 g (0.5 oz / 0.03 lb), and holds about 65 ml (2.2 fl oz). Sold in a set of 10. Made in Japan.
