Tiger Crown Albrid Nonstick Brioche Mold Large 8.8cm 5176

This brioche mold from Tiger Crown's Albrid line is made of aluminum, which conducts heat well, double-coated with a nonstick fluorocarbon resin that releases dough cleanly, resists sticking, and is easy to wash.

Simply place the dough in the mold and press the edge with a finger to trim it neatly before baking.

This large size measures about 8.8 x 8.8 x 2.9 cm (3.5 x 3.5 x 1.1 in), weighs about 14 g (0.5 oz), and holds about 70 ml (2.4 fl oz). Made in Japan.
