Tiger Crown Albrid Nonstick Brioche Mold Extra Large Ring 18.4cm 5269

This extra large ring-shaped brioche mold from Tiger Crown's Albrid line is made of aluminum, which conducts heat well, double-coated with a nonstick fluorocarbon resin that releases dough cleanly, resists sticking, and is easy to wash.

Place the dough in the mold and press the edge with a finger to trim it neatly before baking.

This size measures about 18.4 x 18.4 x 8.5 cm (7.2 x 7.2 x 3.3 in), weighs about 90 g (3.2 oz), and holds about 1 liter (1.1 qt). Made in Japan.
