Tiger Crown Albrid Brioche Mold Small Nonstick Aluminum 5178

This brioche mold from Tiger Crown's Albrid series is made of aluminum with a double coat of fluorocarbon resin, giving it a nonstick surface that releases easily and cleans up simply.

The high heat conductivity of the aluminum helps the brioche bake evenly. To use the mold, place the dough inside and press down on the edge with a finger, which cleanly cuts away the excess dough.

The mold measures about 7.4 x 7.4 x 2.7 cm (2.9 x 2.9 x 1.1 in) and weighs about 12 g (0.4 oz / 0.03 lb), with a capacity of about 50 ml (1.7 fl oz). It comes as a set of 10.
