Tiger Crown Bread Pan with Lid 6cm 2385

This small bread pan with a lid conducts heat well, so baked goods come out evenly cooked without hot spots. The lid slides on, so it is easy to close and will not lift up and come off during baking. Removing the lid lets you bake a peaked, mountain shaped loaf instead of a square one.

Tiger Crown is a long established maker based in the Tsubame-Sanjo area of Niigata, Japan, founded in 1959. For more than 65 years it has designed and produced baking, cooking, and storage goods. Its own Cake Land brand offers one of the most complete lineups of baking tools in Japan and is used by professional pastry chefs and home bakers.
